Filming is now underway in Queensland, Australia on the set of Thor: Ragnarok, and as expected, more set photos continue to make their way online. Though not terribly revealing, this latest batch does give us a look at the film’s two stars in what appears to be New York City.

As you can see, both Chris Hemsworth and Tom Hiddleston are out of their Asgardian costumes here, instead sporting a more casual look as they walk the streets. The context of the scene is unknown, of course, but it appears that they’re back on Earth for some reason. The NYC setting makes sense, too, as there are currently quite a few Avengers running around the city at the moment, and the two brothers likely have business with at least one of them (if that rumored Doctor Strange cameo is to be believed).

It’s also interesting to note that while we know Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk is set to have a big role in Thor: Ragnarok, it doesn’t look like he’s made it back to Earth, given that the actor has already wrapped filming and isn’t included in these set photos. Perhaps Bruce Banner is busy elsewhere by the time Thor and Loki touch down in the Big Apple. What he’s up to is anyone’s guess, but let the speculation begin!

We’re still a ways off from the film’s release, but with promises that it’s going to be one of Marvel’s biggest movies to date, and the fact that we’ll be seeing an exciting cast comprised of both new and returning faces, there are many reasons to start looking forward to the God of Thunder’s third solo outing. After all, Thor’s first two films were middling efforts, so all eyes are now on Ragnarok to see if it can improve upon its predecessors.

Thor: Ragnarok descends into theatres on November 3rd, 2017.
