Capping off his stint on the Marvel set with one final barrage of set photos, Mark Ruffalo took to Instagram yesterday evening to confirm that he’s officially completed all of his scenes for Taika Waititi’s galactic threequel Thor: Ragnarok.

But don’t be fooled into thinking that Ruffalo’s hulking green rage monster won’t feature all that much in Ragnarok. Despite spending a mere month on Australia’s picturesque Gold Coast, it’s important to remember that Bruce Banner’s alter-ego is rendered entirely using CGI, meaning that Ruffalo was likely required to shoot some motion-capture sequences and close-ups before other stunt actors flesh out the remaining scenes.

If anything, it aligns with the actor’s promise that Thor: Ragnarok will feature much more Hulk than Marvel films gone by, and we wouldn’t be surprised if it is actually Bruce Banner who is largely left on the sidelines.

Calling time on his contribution to the 2017 tentpole, Mark Ruffalo posted the following string of behind-the-scenes snaps.
