We learned 10 months back that Game of Thrones actress Gwendoline Christie would be playing a villainous Imperial officer in Star Wars: The Force Awakens, but a new image taken from Vanity Fair’s latest issue, which includes an extensive spread on the upcoming series restarter, has given her a curious name: “First Order Officer, Captain Phasma.”

One Star Wars-affiliated Twitter account, @EpisodeVII, has confirmed the character’s title just in time for May 4, what fans around the world call Star Wars Day (think “May the Fourth be with you”). Here’s the tweet:

Many had already assumed that Christie was playing the mysterious Chrome Stormtrooper when the chatacter turned up in the second trailer for the J.J. Abrams-directed film, but this marks the first official confirmation of her role. Now, the question must be begged, exactly who is Phasma serving in The Force Awakens? The answers will certainly grace the web long before the blockbuster hits screens.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens stars Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, Kenny Baker, John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, Max von Sydow, Lupita Nyong’o and Gwendoline Christie. It opens on Dec. 18th.
