Hitchhock has a new theatrical poster and it’s more than a little reminiscent of the 1960 horror classic which it documents the making-of. The poster (below, courtesy of EW) is a fitting pastiche of the original theatrical poster for Psycho (also pictured below).

The new poster features Oscar winners Anthony Hopkins and Helen Mirren as filmmaker Alfred Hitchcock and his wife and partner Alma Reville, along with Jessica Biel as actress Vera Miles and a glimpse of James D’Arcy as actor Anthony Perkins.

Plus, we get our first looks at Toni Collette and Danny Huston. Also featured is Scarlett Johansson as actress Janet Leigh, although sadly, she is not recreating Leigh’s original shirtless pose from the 1960 Psycho poster.

Just yesterday we saw new photos from the film, so Fox Searchlight appears to be revving up excitement for the November 23rd release date. Now we just need a trailer.

What do you think of the film so far? Let us know in the comments.
