Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine costume in ‘Deadpool 3’ looks fantastic, but one element is still noticeably missing

After months of grueling anticipation, we have finally received our first glimpse of Hugh Jackman in costume as Wolverine for Deadpool 3. Days before that, MCU fanatics were rewarded with an exclusive glimpse at star Ryan Reynolds in costume, and now a fresh-faced photo revealing the two stars side-by-side in their respective costumes. But as fantastic as Jackman looks in costume, it’s hard to deny that there’s a noticeable piece of the ensemble missing.

With the photo of Reynolds and Jackman in costume making its rounds over on Twitter, Deadpool die-hards have remained eager about catching a glimpse of a missing element — and that would be Wolverine’s mask. As aesthetically-pleasing as the yellow Wolverine suit appears, fans as far as the eye can see are keeping their cool and trying to stay patient to see if the mask accurately matches the rest of the costume.

Straight out of the comics, and now we just need the mask..

When we see that mask, we’re going to explode.

Given the demand of Jackman in the mask, it feels like it’s only a matter of time until we catch a behind-the-scenes glimpse or a moment in the official trailer where we witness Jackman in the mask. Either way, when all is said and done and Wolverine’s hotly-anticipated mask is finally revealed, Jackman’s portrayal and appearance is certainly going to be the talk of the superhero town.
