Twihards are still waiting patiently for the release of the final installment of the Twilight saga, Breaking Dawn – Part 2. With only a quick teaser trailer to keep them company, fans are starting to thirst for more. Luckily, today, Summit released two new shots to whet our appetites.
Now that they’re finished with Twilight, Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson have started to branch out a bit. They are both starring in films that will be in competition at the Cannes Film Festival next month: Snow White & the Huntsman and Cosmopolis, respectively. Taylor Lautner is also trying to diversify his career a bit more but his post-Twilight roles don’t show much promise.
Even though the actors have moved on to new projects, fans still have time to drool over their favorite vampires.
When I look at these new images, the word “lack-luster” seems appropriate. One features Rob and Kristen, and the other shows off Taylor. Both photos show the characters looking fairly contemplative but they don’t really give much away, or much to look forward to.
Personally, I can’t wait for a full-length trailer to come out so I can finally see if Stewart rocks the new vampire look or not!
The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2 comes to theaters on November 16th.
