That Leaked Avengers 4 Concept Art Is Now Available To View In HD

Five high-res pieces of Avengers 4 concept art have leaked onto the interwebs, and they feature the Hulk in spandex shorts.
This article is over 6 years old and may contain outdated information

Remember back in June when the first piece of Avengers 4 concept art leaked online? The one of Captain Marvel rubbing shoulders with Earth’s Mightiest Heroes and Hulk wearing a spandex suit? Well, it’s now available to view in high definition.

First spotted by MCU Cosmic, the gallery below features five – count ’em, five – character portraits for Captain America, Hulk, the souped-up Captain Marvel, Rocket Raccoon and Iron Man, who appears to be sporting the same Bleeding Edge armor unveiled during Infinity War.

No word yet on the other characters, or the entire ensemble piece featuring the updated roster of Earth’s Mightiest Heroes (i.e. War Machine, the flame-haired Black Widow, etc.), but we’ll update this gallery as more pieces of concept art begin to emerge online.

Other observations include the fact that Cap seems to be reverting back to a more old-school costume for Avengers 4, while those leaked set photos all but confirmed that Steve Rogers will be sporting his Phase One attire – presumably for the rumored time travel scenes involving the remaining Avengers, who must journey through hell and high water (and the Quantum Realm?) in order to formulate some alternate plan to thwart Thanos.

Doing so may well require the construction of a second Infinity Gauntlet, which would, in turn, confirm a return trip to the Dwarven realm of Nidavellir. Perhaps we’ll see Eitri’s home before the Mad Titan unleashed havoc? We can only hope.

Avengers 4 opens big on May 3rd, 2019, and it’s fair to say that the MCU will never be the same again – for better or worse. Whatever happens, Earth’s Mightiest Heroes will stay together, win or lose, and march forward into Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe… whatever it may contain.
