As reported by CBM, each video is designed to take us behind the scenes of Marvel’s Herculean epic, as below you’ll see an overview of the intense fight sequence that takes place on Titan, the ravaged homeworld of Thanos.

Also included in this particular media dump is a never-before-seen glimpse into Gamora’s gripping exchange with the Mad Titan, in which she pleads with Thanos to spare half of all life in the universe. Zoe Saldana’s Guardian even goes so far as to purposely mislead Josh Brolin’s purple-skinned tyrant so that the whereabouts of that all-powerful Soul Stone remain a mystery.

Leave it to Thanos, then, to stay one step ahead of the game, given he’s successfully captured (and tortured) Nebula in order to test Gamora’s resolve. She buckles, of course, and eventually leads her estranged step-father to Vormir, home of the Soul Stone and a Red Skull who hasn’t made an appearance since Captain America: The First Avenger.

Sadly, it also marks the end of Gamora, who is flung to hear death so that Thanos may gain control of the Soul Stone. Chances are she’s still alive – perhaps her soul is trapped within the stone? – and it’s up to Earth’s Mightiest Heroes to travel back in time in a last-ditch attempt to stop Marvel’s Mad Titan before it’s too late.

We’ve included another pair of VFX breakdowns down below, too, though we imagine they’ll all be bundled together in time for the Avengers: Infinity War Blu-ray. It’s been tipped for an August release, and we’ll keep you posted as we learn more.
