Nato And Remy’s Last Stand: Our Horror-Themed New Year’s Resolutions!

Alas, another year has come and gone, but momentary endings come with new beginnings and fresh opportunities, letting us start clean once again. With that said, I have no intention of starting over anything, and neither does my partner Remy, as we see 2014 as a chance to grow, reach even farther, and make the awesome year of 2013 seem uneventful compared to the hard-rocking, face-melting, awe-inspiring year of 2014. I can feel it people! If you thought 2013 had some highlights, just wait for 2014 - to quote lyrical virtuosos Tenacious D, we're here to "rock your f@#king socks off!"

Remy – Attend A Movie Premiere

Recommended Videos

What Hollywood fanboy and up and coming writer doesn’t want to go to a premiere? It just seems like a fun, grandiose step in this whole process. What producers and directors will notice this year is that I rarely smack talk. I don’t just review movies to review them. I talk about movies when they had an impact on me. If I think a movie sucks, I keep my distance. If anyone asks me specifically about any said film, I won’t lie and will gladly give my honest opinion, but I rarely pleasurably trash films. Again, it is only a matter of time before someone is like, “Invite that Remy mofo. Let him walk the carpet like a boss” I don’t know why I think that would be cool, but I do.

Please do not misunderstand. I am by no means looking for fame in any of this. I just want success. The same thing anyone wants. I want the quality of meat I buy to be slightly better than the canned tuna I have been living off for years. I want a car that wont stall at red lights. I want an apartment where the doors have knobs. Simple pleasures, but I won’t stop until I have them.

Look at all eight resolutions (last year’s and this year) and you will see a very clear picture of how I laid my life out.

You will also see that, up to this exact moment, it is going off without a hitch.

Guess we just wait and see what happens next.

It’s a new year everyone – what are your personal resolutions? Giving found footage horror another chance?  Accepting remakes and sequels? Jumping back into a forgotten genre?
