New ‘Deadpool 3’ set photos perfectly showcase the appeal of the superhero’s eye-popping suit

Now we just need to see Hugh..

After the current writers’ strike in Hollywood drastically shifted the overwhelming schedule of upcoming Marvel flicks, it seemingly felt as though the air had been sucked out of both the Marvel Cinematic Universe and its sea of devoted fans. However, with new set photos of Deadpool 3 finally showcasing the appeal and allure of Ryan Reynolds’ return as the fan-favorite superhero, it’s clear that the upcoming Marvel project is at the forefront of people folks’ hearts and minds.

The aforementioned set photos dropped earlier today, with the pics perfectly showcasing Reynolds in the familiar red-and-black suit — although many Marvel fanatics and superhero stans have agreed that this version of the Deadpool suit is “much brighter” and “far more appealing” than suits of the past. You can check out the photos for yourself down below:

With the recent news of Disney pushing back an array of MCU projects, it’s clear that our first glimpse at Ryan Reynolds in costume was desperately needed. After all, the back-and-forth banter between Reynolds and co-star Hugh Jackman was only ever going to carry us so far — not that we weren’t enjoying the bromance every single step of the way.

As of now, the MCU fanbase can happily sit back and enjoy this set of photos for the time being. That being said, hopefully, we’ll bear witness to more behind-the-scenes snapshots in the near future. Of course, it’s going to be considerably hard to sit on our hands and wait — especially when we know that we are so close to finally seeing the movie directly in front of us.
