New Margot Robbie rumors put us that much closer to solving Marvel’s ‘Fantastic Four’ puzzle

What happened to all the other actresses in Hollywood?

Suicide Squad star, Margot Robbie is now the next celebrity whose name was thrown into the endless sea of speculation for the upcoming MCU adaptation of the Fantastic Four. Rumors are swirling around about the actress playing Sue Storm in the upcoming superhero blockbuster and fans aren’t surprised.

Diehard Marvel fans are beginning to get exhausted with the constant rumors that have been piling up over the past few weeks. Previously, there were reports of Adam Driver being cast to play Mr Fantastic. Not to mention the previous speculation that John Krasinski could reprise the role after his appearance in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. It seems like by this point, all fans want is confirmation straight from Marvel.

At the moment, three actors are rumored to star in the Fantastic Four film, and so far, not everyone is pleased with the current speculation, especially Robbie. Some claimed that she’s “too beautiful” for Sue Storm and that there are better actors for the role. Some also accused Marvel Studios of casting celebrities with “name recognition” rather than picking someone with actual talent to play these characters that fans have known for years.

At the moment, Marvel hasn’t officially announced who will star in the upcoming Fantastic Four movie. The film is scheduled to release on Feb 14, 2025, thanks to delays with other Marvel projects. While it’s currently unknown if Robbie will still have her DC role as Harley Quinn after James Gunn more or less starts the franchise over, it would be interesting to see her jump ship and star in the MCU.
