Even more images from Deadpool have surfaced today, with this latest batch scanned from the pages of Empire Magazine. As well as a couple of interesting behind the scenes shots from the movie, we get a new look at T.J. Miller’s Weasel and a couple of fantastic close-ups of Ryan Reynolds suited up as the Merc with the Mouth.
The question on most people’s minds right now is will Deadpool be a hit? The marketing campaign has been incredible thus far, and being featured on the cover of Empire Magazine should definitely help, but it’s still hard to say at this stage as this is such a unique property.
Some moviegoers will inevitably be put off by the violence and swearing, but there’s no doubting that this is a film with a lot of fan support behind it. Time will ultimately tell, but we’re certainly feeling optimistic.
Starring Ryan Reynolds, Morena Baccarin, T.J. Miller, Ed Skrein, Gina Carano, and Brianna Hildebrand, Deadpool is set to be released on February 12th, 2016.
