20th Century Fox swings open the doors to Miss Peregrine’s Home For Peculiar Children in today’s all-new featurette, one designed to take you behind-the-scenes on Tim Burton’s gothic adaptation.
Pulled from Ransom Riggs’ popular novel of the same name, it is Asa Butterfield’s wide-eyed Jake that will pay a visit to the titular abode come September, and in the video above you’ll find interviews with Burton, Eva Green and executive producer Derek Frey outlining the enchanting magic that awaits.
Kingsman: The Secret Service scribe Jane Goldman adapted the feature film, chronicling Jake’s journey from grieving loner to a core member of Miss Peregrine’s Home For Peculiar Children. When that safe haven comes under threat from unspeakable evil, the peculiarities once considered a societal curse – be that the power of invisibility or levitation – soon become their greatest strength. Ella Purnell, Allison Janney, Terence Stamp, Rupert Everett, Judi Dench and Kong: Skull Island star Samuel L. Jackson round out the ensemble.
Miss Peregrine’s Home For Peculiar Children will invite moviegoers into its dark and twisting corridors come September 30.
