Tommy Lee Jones Joins ‘Captain America’

According to Entertainment Weekly, Tommy Lee Jones has been confirmed by Marvel to play Colonel Phillips in the very anticipated 'Captain America: The First Avenger' film.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Tommy Lee Jones has been confirmed by Marvel to play Colonel Phillips in the highly anticipated ‘Captain America: The First Avenger’ film. Tommy Lee Jones will star along side Chris Evans who will take on the role as Steve Rogers/Captain America, as well as Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury and Hugo Weaving as Johann Schmidt/The Red Skull.

The film is set to release on July 22, 2011.

Tommy Lee Jones will be next seen in the Sundance hit ‘The Company Men’ with Ben Affleck and Chris Cooper. The film is set to release sometime this fall.
