Two Trailers For Spider-Man: Far From Home Will Drop In The Next Week

Even though the online community has yet to come down after viewing new trailers for both Captain Marvel and Avengers: Endgame, Marvel Studios still have one more ace left up their sleeve. I say that because, as you may have heard, our first substantial look at Spider-Man: Far From Home is right around the corner.

According to TrailerTrack, Webhead’s next solo adventure on the silver screen will be heralded by two trailers within the next week. Given that, fans of one of the most popular superheroes on the planet will have much reason to rejoice once both hit the net.

Now, if you’re at all confused or wondering how this plays into Sony’s marketing strategy, it’s best to point out how TrailerTrack linked an older post of theirs from a few years back when a similar situation played out with Homecoming. On that day, domestic and international trailers were officially released.

Factoring that into what’s going on here, my best guess is that, once again, domestic and international trailers for Far From Home are going to be lighting social media ablaze before you know it. And if that doesn’t excite you, it should, because video packages of the international variety oftentimes feature a few more pieces of additional footage teasing what’s to come – and you don’t need me to tell you how appreciated anything thrown our way before opening weekend truly is.

All that being said, it shouldn’t be long before we see Jake Gyllenhaal’s Mysterio in action, or Spidey rocking his Uniform Stealth costume. In the opinion of this comic book reader, it’s nice seeing Hollywood finally moving past familiar villains and embracing the iconic hero’s alternate looks, so color me intrigued.

Spider-Man: Far From Home opens in theaters on July 5th, 2019.
