Yoda Best Dad: Best Star Wars Father’s Day memes

Father's Day is right around the corner, so we've found the freshest memes to celebrate with.

There is nothing quite like the miracle of children. On one hand, you love them more than anything else in the world, on the other, they are needy and thankless little jerks sometimes. That’s why special holidays like Father’s Day exist, to force those ungrateful little buggers to stop and think about all the wonderful things their loving fathers do for them every day. What better way to celebrate such an auspicious occasion than Star Wars memes.

On this Father’s Day, may your younglings allow you just a few more minutes to snooze before treating you to a wonderful Father’s Day.

Being a parent can be a thankless job. You spend your hard-earned cash, many of your precious hours, and most of your patience making sure your kids don’t get into trouble. No matter how smart, or grown-up your little ones are, they’ll always need your watchful eye.

After all, you never know what they failed to learn from you or what you failed to teach!

Hopefully, you’ve managed to instill in them a love of Star Wars. That way your next marathon is more like a party and less like a hostage situation.

For all the Padawan, younglings, sons, and daughters out there, consider this your early warning to make sure you’ve done something special for your favorite dad or father figure!

Make sure to listen to what Dad wants today. Maybe he wants to go out for a flight of mimosas rather than fire up that grill.

While Clone Troopers weren’t supposed to have kids, later employees of the empire were probably encouraged to procreate — I mean, how else could they keep up their Rebel-crushing ranks? We’d like to think that there are a ton of good Storm Trooper dads out there, each one equipped with a bad joke or two.

Jango Fett may not have had the most hands-on role for his kids, but it’s hard to beat the number! Okay we know, clones aren’t kids per se, but if the Clone Troopers can call each other “brother,” why wouldn’t they call the galaxy’s most formidable bounty hunter dad?

There are some professions that Bring Your Child To Work Day really works for. When you’re the attack dog for a super-secretive, morally-ambiguous space wizard, bringing your kid to work probably isn’t the right call. But hey, there was supposed to be plenty of kid-friendly gladiatorial entertainment for the day. Nothing says quality time like watching Jedi battle to the death!

With all of the less-than-stellar Star Wars daddies out there, it’s only fitting that we pay homage to the best Star Wars daddy of all, Pedro Pascal. Without a doubt, Din Djarin is the best dad in the whole galaxy.

With his parentage official, little Din Grogu must be feeling the love this Father’s Day, and hopefully, all those hard-working dads out there do too!
