Check Out Porter Robinson’s DJ Set From A Japanese Nightclub

While Porter Robinson‘s performance repertoire now generally consists of his ambitious live show that he’s been touting since the release of his acclaimed album Worlds, the forward thinking producer is still known to man the decks and drop the occasional DJ set from time to time. One such performance was captured during a recent stint at Tokyo night club ageHa and has been uploaded to YouTube for your viewing pleasure.

Porter delivers an energetic DJ set for the crowd at ageHa, mixing in a sturdy blend of hard hitting electro and the dreamy brand of synth work we’ve come to expect from him. He drops a number of his best tracks here, like his remix of Nero’s “The Thrill,” a bunch f cuts off Worlds, and his recent collab with Madeon on “Shelter.”

While he’s certainly pushed the boundaries of electronic music performance with his live show, it’s always nice to get a top notch DJ set from Porter Robinson, who is currently preparing to embark on his upcoming collaborative tour with Madeon.
