Clean Bandit further explores their signature blend of organic instrumentation and electronic dance music on “Tears,” which is driven by Johnson’s soulful vocal delivery. The new single opens quietly, as the singer croons alongside piano chords and classical strings. Electronic beats compliment the groovy instrumentation utilized on “Tears,” combining with the catchy vocal hooks to create a memorable piece of pop driven dance music.

Johnson’s powerful vocals compliment the post-disco production present on “Tears” very well, propelling the new song as a single that easily contends with Clean Bandit‘s previous pop friendly releases.
