Speaking during an investor call today, Ubisoft’s CEO Yves Guillemot revealed that Assassin’s Creed 3 will be released on October 30, 2012 for the PC, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Wii U.

“We will push the title a lot because it’s a fantastic product that the team has been working on for three years,” Guillemot said. “What we have seen is just fabulous.”

No other details about the game were revealed during the investor call, however, earlier reports indicate that the game will conclude the story of Desmond Miles. Additionally, rumors surfaced late last month that pointed to Assassin’s Creed 3 taking place during the American Revolution.

With the game scheduled to release later this year, confirmation of these rumors and reports should come at E3 this June.
