Deadmau5 Takes Crack Smoking Mayor Rob Ford On Latest Coffee Run

Deadmau5's jackassery knows no bounds, and this latest Tim Horton's coffee run with the king of crude is no exception. Along for the ride with the DJ is Rob Ford, the Toronto mayor who was caught on video by the police and admitted to public drunkenness, drinking and driving, and smoking crack cocaine "probably in one of my drunken stupors."

Deadmau5‘s jackassery knows no bounds, and this latest Tim Horton’s coffee run with the king of crude is no exception. Along for the ride with the DJ is Rob Ford, the Toronto mayor who was caught on video by the police and admitted to public drunkenness, drinking and driving, and smoking crack cocaine “probably in one of my drunken stupors.”

Following his admission, he refused to resign from office. Not allowed by law to be removed from office, the Toronto City Council voted to take away certain mayoral powers from Ford and grant them to Deputy Mayor Norm Kelly for the remainder of Ford’s term. The council also voted to reduce Ford’s office staff and move those staff to Kelly’s office. Despite the embarrassing scandal, Ford promised to “continue doing the job he was elected to do” and contested the next mayoral election in October later this year.

During their coffee run, Deadmau5 tells the story of why he chose the nyan cat theme for his purrari, dishes on his world-wide Gumball race, Rob Ford orders *5* espressos, and they talk about scams and money in the Toronto government. Joel also remarks about texting and driving being “annoying and dangerous” and how that’s saying a lot because he “knows he’s annoying… and dangerous.”

Their talk is definitely interesting, and you can catch all of the hilarity below!
