‘Going to do everything’: Elon Musk’s close friend exposes his vengeful plan against Donald Trump, says Musk is ‘bent on dominance’

Don't forget when people cross him.

A close friend of Elon Musk has warned President Donald Trump about what he can expect from the tech billionaire in the future. Philip Low, a neuroscientist who worked with Musk for years, believes the Tesla boss will try to hurt Trump despite their recent public makeup.

Low’s company, NeuroVigil, received funding from Musk in the past. The two men had several fights over the years before Low eventually fired Musk from his company’s advisory board. Low made these comments in a recent interview with Politico.

“Knowing Elon the way I know him, I do think he’s going to do everything to damage the president,” Low told the news outlet. He described Musk as someone who seeks control and doesn’t forget when people cross him.

Musk and Trump’s rocky relationship continues

The warning comes after Musk and Trump had another public disagreement over the weekend. Musk criticized what Trump calls his ‘big, beautiful bill’ that the Senate is working to pass, continuing their ongoing public disagreements. The tech mogul said the bill would “destroy millions of jobs in America and cause immense strategic harm to our country.”

This latest clash follows a bigger fight between the two men that happened earlier, part of what many are calling their ongoing ‘lovers spat’. During that dispute, Musk called Trump’s bill an “abomination” and made claims about Trump being connected to Jeffrey Epstein without providing proof. The fight led to Musk leaving his government job where he was supposed to help cut federal workers.

After their public battle, both men said they made up and were friends again. Trump had also threatened to cancel Musk’s government contracts during their breakup. But Low believes this peace between them is not real and won’t last long.

Low thinks any friendship between Musk and Trump now is “purely cosmetic.” He said Musk is not the type of person who forgives and forgets when someone hurts him. The neuroscientist believes that Trump forcing his bill through Congress against Musk’s wishes was something Musk will not get over.

“He has been humiliated,” Low said about Musk’s relationship with Trump. Low explained that while Musk might still help with elections and support right-wing judges, “deep down, it’s over” between the two powerful men.

Low also warned that Musk has gained support from many Trump followers, which makes him dangerous. “Elon has wooed enough of Trump’s supporters to be an actual threat politically,” he told Politico. Low believes Trump doesn’t understand how big of a challenge Musk could be for him in the future.
