With Mars in Cancer, here’s the fresh hell we can expect from Marjorie Taylor Greene in the next weeks

Spoiler alert: We have nothing short of mayhem in the forecast.

Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) wears a "Trump Won" face mask as she arrives on the floor of the House to take the oath office on the year's opening session on January 3, 2021 in Washington, DC. Why, Universe, why? This is the question we’ve been asking about Marjorie Taylor Greene’s behavior ever since she stepped onto the political scene, really, but especially lately. She has always been at a ten, but in the last few weeks, she has gone right off the rails, even for her. What is going on with this woman?

MTG was recently booted from Twitter (finally) for hateful speech, among other things. She has been labeled as “weaponized stupidity” — which has a nice ring to it — and her thoughts (if you can call them that) on gender issues have earned her some serious blowback.

So what could be causing all this additional chaos? The answer, it appears, is written in her stars. Here is why the recent astrological forecast has created such political and personal pandemonium for the GOP representative from Georgia’s 14th Congressional district … and, sadly, why we can expect it to continue.

As we dove into in our previous article on her natal chart, MTG has her Mars placement in Cancer. Mars is the planet of war, while Cancer is the sign associated with the feminine. So it is literally a war on women, which is what she seems to be waging. Interestingly enough, however, her Saturn — the planet of karma — also lies in Cancer. Where Saturn lies, so do our lessons and internal work. Meaning her war on women could (and should) transform into a war for women, especially with her sun sign — which represents our general life path — being Gemini. Gemini is notorious for changing its mind, or the “Gemini flip” as it’s called, which is why it is represented as the sign of the twins. Gemini is able to see both sides of a situation, and flip from one viewpoint to the other.

Marjorie, however, hasn’t quite come around to that flip; she has definitively not learned her lesson, so she remains in waging-war-against-women-and-vulnerable-gender-identities mode, instead of fighting for them. This is a real shame, as the lord of karma, Saturn, cannot be happy about that. It’s an interesting coincidence, too, as journalist Russ Bengtson asked the 48-year-old Marjorie via Twitter whether “you considered learning your lesson once in your life.” It is ironic, as we are sure the planet Saturn is asking her the same question. Which leads us to our next point.

Mars is currently in Cancer, where it will stay until May. Which means good ol’ MTG is getting a double dose of the action, a sort of WWII on women. The current presence of Mars in Cancer is also probably putting additional pressure on her Saturn placement, which resides there. Translation: Saturn is basically begging Marjorie to get her act together, yet the double-Mars action is causing her to rebel in a big way. Basically, the woman is under immense pressure and is not handling it well. Think of it as a full moon tailor-made for Marjorie Taylor Greene. Her worst traits are coming out, with the additional pressure of the sense of a nagging parent, as Saturn often represents the stern father figure.

The good news: Mars will transition out of Cancer on May 20th. The bad news: Mars doesn’t transition out of Cancer until May 20th. Meaning for the next few weeks, we can expect MTG’s behavior not only to stay chaotic, but possibly even escalate as the pressure continues. Once Mars transitions, though, the representative from Georgia will most likely feel like she is coming out of a stupor, and will be suffering the ill-effects of her behavior, much like a hangover.

But what can be done in the meantime? Batten down the hatches and pray for May 20th’s quick arrival, gentle readers, because there is little hope of respite from Greene’s bad behavior until then. Join us in our supplication for the safe delivery of us all during this time of MTG’s internal and astrological crisis.
