Donald Trump proves he’s a real comedian by claiming he hasn’t made a single mistake, oh wait he isn’t joking

Trump is a funny guy sometimes, even when he doesn't mean to be.

Nobody glazes Donald Trump like Donald Trump. The man really does seem to think the sun shines out of his behind, that he’s the peak of humanity and that nobody could do it better. His recent comments regarding his first 100 days in office prove just how delusional the man really is.

Phoning in to a NewsNation town hall event which was moderated by Chris Cuomo, Bill O’Reilly, and Stephen A. Smith, the president answered questions posed to him by Americans from across the country. O’Reilly presented a question from a man named Lee Shapiro which asked Trump what he believed his biggest mistake was during his time as leader of the free world so far.

Donald Trump’s answer got a laugh from the crowd

Donald Trump responded to the question the only way he knew how: by boldly proclaiming that he had not made any errors, “I’ll tell you, that’s the toughest question I could have because I don’t really believe I’ve made mistakes.” Only Trump could be this conceited while completely lacking any semblance of self-awareness.

His answer drew a laugh from the audience which isn’t a surprise considering how ludicrous the statement is. But unfortunately it doesn’t seem like he was joking. He truly believes he’s infallible. How can someone be a competent world leader when they’re not willing to admit they’re in the wrong?

Trump continued, explaining “We’re in a transition period,” which is his latest excuse for why things are so bad right now, “tremendous economic victories” are right around the corner, we just have to be patient guys! Trump promised that “we’re gonna make millions and billions of dollars,” but “that doesn’t happen overnight, but it will happen much faster than people understand.”

We know the president has made plenty of mistakes

Anyways, back in the real world Trump has made a great number of mistakes in his first 100 days. Let’s start with the deportation of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a man who was sent to the CECOT detention center in El Salvador due to an administrative error. Despite the obvious mistake, Trump has refused to acknowledge it, even going as far as accusing Abrego Garcia of being a member of the MS-13 gang based on a clearly edited photo.

His tariffs are another mistake, but the president maintains that once the tariffs truly kick in and companies move production to the U.S. things will get better. Maybe, but that doesn’t change the damage he’s doing to the economy and U.S. trade right now.

And what about when DOGE fired 300 nuclear experts and then had to re-hire them. In fact, anything DOGE has done could be considered a mistake to be honest. Trump’s decision to even involve Elon Musk in politics was the biggest mistake a man has ever made.

We could go on but you get the point. Nobody’s perfect but Trump is so far off the mark with his self-evaluation it’s funny. If he could just admit some of his own failures then maybe there would be hope, but this is the man who still refuses to admit he lost the 2020 election so that’s very unlikely.
