‘It’s demonic’: Candace Owens shares Charlie Kirk’s private texts about a woman he was ‘in love with’ – who was not Erica Kirk

"With friends like this, who needs enemies?"

Candace Owens has responded to Charlie Kirk’s death in a very eclectic way. Owens has been channeling her grief to attack Kirk’s widow Erika, but Owens’ latest commentary was so bizarre, some social media users actually called it “demonic.”

Owens is synonymous with conspiracies at this point. After Alex Jones had his run-ins with the law concerning the Sandy Hook shooting after he perceived the survivors to be faking their tragedy — the billion-dollar settlement awarded to the families made Jones step back into run-of-the-mill MAGA cheerleading. But his absence in the space left a hole that Owens was more than willing to fill with claims about the gender of the French first lady and that the French president is allegedly trying to kill her.

After Kirk’s assassination, however, it didn’t take long for Owens to grind through a brand-new conspiracy. It’s worth mentioning that over the years, Owens and Kirk had shared a very close friendship, and it cannot be easy to lose a friend in that specific way. Owens was certain that Kirk’s murder had an unexplored involvement by the FBI; early November she suggested that in weeks there will be evidence coming out that shows the FBI fakes the texts Tyler Robinson sent his friend about Kirk.

Owens has since started alleging that Kirk’s own company Turning Point USA might have had something to do with his assassination. Again, she offers no evidence to accompany her claims. The podcaster has been very careful with her jabs toward Erika, but very slowly she’s been claiming that the new leadership at Turning Point USA has been trying to erase Charlie’s “radical” voice.

Not too long ago, MAGA was beaming from an election win that meant control of all the major branches of government — and would easily enforce their agenda. For some reason, however, they have kept failing to live up to their promises. And after Kirk’s killing, the entire “movement” just started turning on each other. Now Jordan Peterson, Owens, Turning Point USA, and Nick Fuentes all can’t find a consensus on matters like Israel and the so-called “deep state.”

It’s with that breath that now Owens reminisces about the late Kirk before he met Erika.

In a recent episode where she was mocking Turning Point USA for trying to invite her on their show for an interview about her claims, she started reminiscing about the good old days when Kirk was texting her about another woman who was not Erika, someone he was truly “in love with.”

For some reason, that was a tad too far for their fanbase. This is a group still mourning one of the leaders of a conservative movement they were just building. And even if you disagree with their views, you can see why they would be mad about someone taking shots at a grieving widow. One user called it reprehensible. Another wondered aloud how exactly Owens is a friend of this family. And one noted that it’s never been more obvious that she hates Erika.

It’s very likely that Owens will continue messing with the Kirk family until she gets a new pet topic.
