Woman waits for her SA case to move forward. Then her worst fear comes true when she finds out the accused has a girlfriend: ‘God, I hate it’

A TikTok user said a sudden thought about the man she has accused of sexual assault left her unsettled. Mila Clark, who posts as @milacclarkk, shared a selfie-style video talking about the accused now having a girlfriend.

The video carried the caption “oki goodnight” and had gained 315,800 views and 43,700 likes. Clark appeared with long blonde hair and spoke directly to the camera while gesturing with her hands.

She said she just randomly remembered that her rapist has a girlfriend. Clark described it as weird to think that another girl loves a man with her whole heart, whom she hates with her whole heart.

Clark stated that the love of the other woman’s life has caused her trauma for life. She covered her mouth and looked upward as she repeated that the situation is weird to think about. She said she does not think there is a way the girlfriend would not know. Clark explained that everyone in her community has seen her account and knows by now, and a good number also know who the man is.

Clark said she wonders what his girlfriend thinks about it. She stated she is too scared to reach out and is not going to do so, especially for legal reasons with the case going on. She said she wonders if the girlfriend thinks she is the biggest idiot in the world because of how he treats her. Clark asked whether he treats her like s–t and added that she hopes she is okay.

Clark also said, “God, I hate it.” She stated she wanted to call the girlfriend and tell her what her boyfriend did, but she is never going to do that. She said she believes the girlfriend would defend him right away. Clark added that the woman is with him, that is her boyfriend, so it is none of her business right now.

She said she just wants to get as far away from him in any sort of way as possible. Clark stated he is just living a normal life right now with his girlfriend who loves him so much, while she is over here being like, “F–k.” Her frustration is not unique, as a Dallas woman filed for divorce after a terrifying final assault and then learned her ex-husband was arrested over another woman.

Clark said all she could do is hope that justice is served. She added that the law does not move fast and that this s–t takes f–king years. She ended the video with a small kiss gesture and said, “Okay, yeah, mwah, good night.”

Several viewers said the video touched on a fear they share. One commenter wrote, “yall dont get it. loving someones abuser without knowing is my biggest fear.” The fear of being undermined by someone you trusted is a common theme, like a Nebraska woman who found out a girl contacted her abuser to try to disprove her CSA case.

Another commenter described a similar worry. They wrote, “this honestly my biggest fear is being married to another woman.” One person said their situation was worse because the other woman already knows. They wrote, “same, except she knows about it. genuinely one of the worst feelings.”

A commenter pointed to a law used in the United Kingdom. They wrote, “Not sure if there’s an American equivalent but in the UK, there’s something called Claire’s law and you can look up your partner for any type of domestic abuse or assault charges completely anonymously.”
