We’re now just one week away now from the series premiere of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, and it’s going to be an epic five days for DC Comics fans. Back to Legends of Tomorrow though, and this new trailer offers up some awesome new footage from the highly anticipated spinoff. As well as showing off more of the 1970s setting, we see nearly all of the heroes (and villains) heading into action against Vandal Savage’s forces, with a highlight being the part where we see Hawkman and Hawkgirl swooping into battle.

Both Arrow and The Flash have been big hits for The CW, and Legends of Tomorrow is expected to be just as popular, so there’s a very good chance that this first season is the start of big things to come for all of these characters.

Legends of Tomorrow is set to hit The CW on January 21st, and with early reviews pointing to it being another hit for The CW, this ragtag team of heroes is clearly going to be here to stay.
