Suffice it to say, there’s certainly much to catch the eye, so it’s highly recommended that you watch the footage at least a few times. Arguably, the most notable thing here is the reveal of the Longbow Hunters, the fabled group of assassins that returning villain Ricardo Diaz is bringing to Star City.

Also of interest are the teases given when it comes to the subject of which members of Team Arrow are still pursuing the vigilante lifestyle now that Oliver Queen is behind bars. From the look of it, Wild Dog seems to be the only one we can confirm as being stubbornly heroic, though lone wolf Black Siren is still screaming for vengeance.

Speaking of Ollie, we see more of what he’s up to at Slabside, including the much talked about nude prison fight. Personally, I’m more intrigued by whomever’s the new Green Arrow in town, and until I’m proven wrong, I’m sticking to my guns by saying it’s Roy Harper.

For more on what to expect from the premiere, be sure to check out the official synopsis:

LOCKED UP — Following Oliver’s (Stephen Amell) shocking decision to turn himself over to the FBI and reveal his identity as the Green Arrow to the public, Oliver has spent the past five months in Slabside Maximum Security Prison. Determined to keep a low profile to shorten his sentence for the sake of his family, Oliver is tested when he runs into old foes. Meanwhile, Diggle (David Ramsey) and Dinah (Juliana Harkavy) have taken on new jobs and left their costumes behind but not everyone is following suit. With her focus on William (guest star Jack Moore), Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) tries to start over but when someone from her past resurfaces, things become complicated. James Bamford directed the episode written by Beth Schwartz & Oscar Balderrama (701).

Arrow returns for its seventh season on Monday, October 15 on The CW.
