Dexter Season 7 Poster Debuts

Though it’s fair to say that the last season of Dexter had its fair share of detractors (especially when comparing the complete adoration that seemed to exist for its prior seasons), Showtime’s flagship series is still one of the best and most entertaining shows on television. With a season seven debut just less than two months away, the network has just released the official poster which hints at the earth-shattering secrets revealed on the season six finale.

“He saw, she saw. It’s all on the table.”

As far as artistic promotional material is concerned, Dexter has always been on its A-game. Its opening credits still stands on the best ever conceived and every poster that hits prior to a new season is utterly tantalizing in its blood splattered minimalism. At this point, there’s not much more to say than “bring it on!”

Among new cast members this season, Dexter will add Harrison Ford’s wife Calista Flockhart (who will guest-star in the season opener) Thor’s Ray Stevenson will play a Russian crime lord and Jason Gedrick (Murder One) will have a multi-episode arc as the manager of a Miami’s gentlemen’s club. And of course, regulars Michael C. Hall and Jennifer Carpenter will be back.

Be sure to check out Dexter when it debuts September 30 at 9:00 on Showtime.
