Game Of Thrones Series Finale Has Leaked Online

As sad as it may be, you can't deny that the eighth and final season of HBO’s Game of Thrones has been pretty underwhelming, to say the least. Pacing issues, strange characterization, controversial dialogue; the past few episodes have had a lot of problems with them and last week’s outing, “The Bells,” was particularly rough.

As you’ve surely heard by now, it drew widespread criticism from fans and critics alike, especially when it came to Dany’s decision to burn King’s Landing to the ground, as well as how the writers handled the deaths of Jamie and Cersei Lannister. Suffice it to say, fans haven’t been too happy as of late. With one episode still left to go though, can the show turn things around?

That remains to be seen, but as expected, the series finale has now leaked online. Over on Reddit, pretty much the entire plot for tomorrow’s episode has been laid out, breaking down the aftermath of what happened last week at King’s Landing, who will ultimately claim the Iron Throne and more. And though we won’t spoil any of that here, you can read all about it via the link below.

Of course, it’s unknown how accurate the Reddit post is, but this particular user has been pretty reliable for past episodes and it’s fair to say that at least most of what they’ve shared will turn out to be true. In any case, there’s not long to go now before we find out, but if everything we’ve been hearing about the episode is correct, then it’ll surely be another divisive one which will probably split the fanbase right down the middle.

It’s a shame the final season had to go down like this, but as we head into tomorrow night, it’s important to remember what a triumph Game of Thrones has been for all these years and no matter how things end up playing out, no one can deny that it’s been a truly incredible run.
