While the collective Game of Thrones fanbase brace themselves for the premiere of “Oathbreaker” on Sunday, May 8, HBO has rolled out brief teases for episodes four and five of season 6.

Bearing the titles “Book of the Stranger” and “The Door,” respectively, those teases arrive in the form of two fleeting synopses. Retaining the achingly short style of past snippets, both extracts are relatively free from spoilers; however, should you want to go into each episode without knowing which characters will feature, perhaps it’s best to stay on this side of the jump.

Still with us? First up, May 15’s “Book of the Stranger” will revolve around Tyrion striking a deal, presumably with some of the citizens of Meereen, and an incestious pair of Lannister siblings ready to take back everything they lost – and more.

“Tyrion (Peter Dinklage) strikes a deal. Jorah (Iain Glen) and Daario (Michiel Huisman) undertake a difficult task. Jaime (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) and Cersei (Lena Headey) try to improve their situation.”

Completing that one-two punch is “The Door,” an episode that looks poised to center on events in the North and indeed beyond the Wall, while there’s also a mention of Arya’s blind warrior in training.

“Tyrion seeks a strange ally. Bran (Isaac Hempstead Wright) learns a great deal. Brienne (Gwendoline Christie) goes on a mission. Arya (Maisie Williams) is given a chance to prove herself.”

Game of Thrones season 6 returns on Sunday, May 8 with “Oathbreaker.” In case you missed it, Jon Snow himself. Kit Harrington himself recently touched base on a major fan theory relating to his Lord Commander.
