The next two weeks will undoubtedly deliver some unforgettable moments for fans of Supergirl and to prepare us for what’s to come, The CW has shared a brand new clip and poster.

First, let’s take a look at tonight’s episode, “The Darkest Place.” In this newly released clip, James Olsen continues to take to the streets in his Guardian persona. If we didn’t know better, it would appear as if he’s auditioning for a spot on Team Arrow. But even without the likes of Felicity Smoak, matters should be well in hand with Winn Schott providing mobile support.

Next up we have a new promotional poster circulated in advance of next week’s four-show crossover featuring not only this series but also the likes of The Flash, Arrow, and DC’s Legends of Tomorrow. The poster is unique to Supergirl specifically and reminds viewers that the “Invasion!” kicks off there next Monday, November 28. But, if we want to get technical, it’s not likely that a single Dominator ship will touch down in her universe, considering that she’ll have to hop a dimensional barrier in order to band together with the heroes occupying the Arrowverse.

Still, we can’t deny how cool the image looks and it only adds to the proud tradition of the robust, vibrant posters to be released in conjunction with various DC TV shows. Hopefully we’re treated to more of these as the week continues.

For more details regarding “Medusa,” be sure to check out the official synopsis below:

A NIGHT OF CONFESSIONS; THE EPIC SUPERHERO CROSSOVER KICKS OFF TONIGHT — Eliza (guest star Helen Slater) comes to town to celebrate Thanksgiving with her daughters. Alex (Chyler Leigh) decides it’s time to come out to her mother; Kara (Melisa Benoist) is shocked when Eliza suggests Mon-El (Chris Wood) has feelings for her, and Winn (Jeremy Jordan) and James (Mehcad Brooks) consider telling Kara the truth about the Guardian. Meanwhile, CADMUS unleashes a virus that instantly kills any alien in the vicinity so Kara enlists an unexpected ally – Lena Luthor (Katie McGrath). The epic superhero crossover kicks off tonight when Barry Allen (guest star Grant Gustin) and Cisco Ramon (guest star Carlos Valdes) seek Kara’s help with an alien invasion on their Earth.

Supergirl airs on Monday nights on The CW.
