It was recently revealed that Powers Boothe has joined the cast of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. as Gideon Malick, a notorious man whose loyalties remain a mystery. The clip above is very interesting for several reasons, and after last week’s critically acclaimed instalment, I’m definitely eager to see if Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. can keep up its momentum with this HYDRA heavy instalment.

Here’s the synopsis of the episode – titled “Among Us Hide” – courtesy of ABC:

The stakes get even higher as Hunter and May continue to go after Ward and Hydra, and Daisy and Coulson begin to suspect that the ATCU may be keeping a big secret from S.H.I.E.L.D., on ‘Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.,’ Tuesday, November 3rd on ABC.

The first two seasons of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. were hit and miss, though season three has so far been a big improvement thanks to the introduction of the Secret Warriors. It’s also found a good balance between the Inhumans and HYDRA, and while it could be argued that Arrow and The Flash still overshadow the Marvel series, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. is nonetheless well worth watching.
