FX’s hit biker drama, Sons of Anarchy, has one more season left to air and it looks like they plan on going out with a bang – as if that’s a surprise to any of the show’s loyal viewers. Shock rocker Marilyn Manson has just been cast in a recurring role that is sure to give fans something to talk about as they patiently wait to see what else Kurt Sutter has up his heavily tattooed sleeve.

Sons has been such a big part of my life, as well as my father’s, so I was determined to make him proud by being involved in what will probably be remembered as the most amazing piece of television cinema,” said Manson. “After all, the very heart of SOA is about that relationship. So now all I need is a motorcycle.”

Manson, who hasn’t done much acting but recently had a small role on Eastbound & Down as well as in the film Wrong Cops, will play Ron Tully. According the FX, his character is “a white supremacist prison shot-caller who Jax uses to expand his power base.” I guess that answers the question of what happened to Jax (Charlie Hunnam) after the jaw dropping season six finale, which left everyone wondering if the deal he struck with the district attorney’s office still stood.

Sons of Anarchy is set to return to FX for the conclusion of its heart pounding run this September. I don’t know about you, but Manson’s involvement definitely has us excited for what is sure to be an explosive season.
