Jerome – who may or may not turn out to be the Joker – is all for it, but Kean has her doubts – after all, aside from being crazy she doesn’t really have much to offer a criminal fraternity… or does she?

It seems obvious that the Galavans are attempting to put some kind of “supervillian” team (an early Injustice League if you will) together to aid in their plan to “cleanse” the city. And, from the sounds of things, Theo may have found a way to enhance these guys; possibly imbuing them with superhuman abilities. Could this be how the likes of Mr. Freeze and Firefly are introduced, perhaps?

Hopefully we’ll come a bit closer to finding out when Gotham returns on Monday, Sept. 21 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on Fox.
