The original cast of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers has been reunited in Netflix’s hour-long special episode Once and Always, or, at least part of it. Sadly, Thuy Trang’s absence was particularly felt during the episode, but Netflix found a nice way to honor her legacy as Trini Kwan, by introducing the character’s teen daughter to the franchise — Minh Kwan, played by Charlie Kersh.
Minh Kwan’s arc was heavily connected to her late Ranger mother and, despite looking quite young, Kersh did quite a good job on the episode, and is a welcomed addition to the Power Rangers universe. Her martial arts training was put to good use in this new professional adventure, something that not all teenagers could pull off so easily. Perhaps because of it, fans who already had the time to set their sight on this nostalgia-inducing installment and currently searching for all the information they can find on the actress.
