The Mirror’s Edge Catalyst testing will run until April 26, meaning its earliest participants will be able to enjoy a full five days with the game if they so choose. But who are these early participants, you ask? DICE have designated ‘Frontrunners’ who will be getting their codes first, while the rest of the folk selected for the Beta will be the ones getting hold of it on the 23rd.

Closed Beta testers will be able to try out several of the main missions in Faith’s story, along with Side Missions, additional optional content and the Social Play features that Mirror’s Edge Catalyst will be introducing. DICE have prepared a new developer diary to showcase these new social features as well, which you can check out at the top of this page.

Mirror’s Edge Catalyst is due for release from May 24 in North America, but we’ll soon get to see what the testing public think of their early look at the game when the Beta goes live on April 22.
