An advertisement from Game Informer has revealed Hitman: Sniper Challenge, a GameStop pre-order incentive for Hitman: Absolution, ahead of IO Interactive’s planned announcement this Thursday.

Judging from the ad, the Sniper Challenge appears to be a contest-based mode that has gamers play through “replayable sniping missions” to compete for a top score on an online leaderboard. Top scores will win “awesome price packages”, but it was not mentioned what exactly makes an “awesome price package”.

More information is sure to come with Hitman: Sniper Challenge’s official reveal this Thrusday, so check back with us for the full scoop.
