The acclaimed indie game Orcs Must Die! is receiving some beautiful new DLC. This new pack that’s selling for a reasonable $2.49 is offering players some sweet new ways to kill orcs.
- Floor Scorcher: For the Indiana Jones trap enthusiast. Orcs walk on the fire trap, the fire trap goes off, they burn to death. Simple.
- Alchemist’s Satchel: Primitive warfare is all the rage with this new face-melting satchel. Acid bombs inside will be at your disposal to wreck these orcs.
- The Shock Zapper: Who says only bugs need to be zapped? Pop this big guy up on the ceiling and watch ground and air units go ‘ZZZZT.’
- Vampire Gauntlets: Fun for the whole family. Feeling low on health? Drain it from enemies. Feeling low on mana? Drain your own health to make mana! An item for the Twilight fanatic in all of us.
- New Trap Upgrades: Did I mention the Shock Zapper and Floor Scorcher can be upgraded? No? Hop to it.
It is to be noted that this is only the first of two DLC packs that Robot Entertainment intends to offer players. The second one is hopefully on its way soon. We’ll keep you posted when we know more.
