The trailer for the next big superhero movie has arrived a day early. Today we finally get the highly anticipated trailer for Captain America: The First Avenger and wow does it look good. There are a lot of superhero movies coming out this summer (Thor, X-Men: First Class, Green Lantern), but Captain America definitley looks like it’s going to be a worthy opponent in the race.
I think it definitely looks better than Thor and Green Lantern but as for the number one superhero film, I’m still set on X-Men: First Class. McAvoy vs. Fassbender, I mean come on, how can you top that? Still though, this film looks great and I think it’s going to be a huge hit. Check out the plot summary and trailer below.
Directed by Joe Johnston, the film stars Chris Evans alongside Neal McDonough’s Dum Dum Dugan, Tommy Lee Jones‘ Colonel Phillips, Hugo Weaving as the Red Skull, Hayley Atwell as Peggy Carter, Stanley Tucci as Abraham Erskine, Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, Dominic Cooper as Howard Stark, Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes and Derek Luke as Gabe Jones.
