Arrow stalwart Stephen Amell leaps to the rescue as Casey Jones in the latest clip for blockbuster sequel, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out Of The Shadows.
Seeding a budding romance between Amell’s hockey masked vigilante and Megan Fox, returning as seasoned reporter April O’Neill, the reel of footage is about as bright and breezy as you’d expect for TMNT 2, given it’s largely cut from the same cloth as its barnstorming original.
There is one major change behind the scenes, however, given Earth to Echo director Dave Green picks up the mantle from Jonathan Liebesman. In 2014, the latter guided Michelangelo, Donatello, Leonardo and Raphael to the mainstream moviegoing audience, scoring a cool $485 million worldwide in the process. But can Out of the Shadows possibly replicate such success in a few weeks’ time?
