NGHTMRE has been crushing it this year, dropping a slew of singles and remixes that have caught the attention of the EDM community and saw the rising producer’s name popping up everywhere over the last several months.
One such track was his trap banger “Streets,” which the producer dropped earlier in the year (it was originally debuted by Skrillex during his set at Ultra to great acclaim). Now, NGHTMRE has returned for the holidays, releasing a new VIP remix of “Streets” and offering it up as a free gift for his fans.
Without deviating too heavily from the original version, NGHTMRE packs the VIP for “Streets” with hard hitting beats and gangster vibes, giving the trap hit a banging update. The drops pack quite a punch, and NGHTMRE rounds out the VIP with a grande finale that sees him transforming the track’s characteristic vocal samples into rapid fire, chopped up machine gun rhythms.
