R3HAB Lays The Trap On Calvin Harris’ Blame

We know. At this point, you're probably sick of hearing Calvin Harris' "Blame." Sure, it's not a bad track, but it's been played to death and has already been out for a while now. Still, producers are digging it and we continue to see remixes of the song hit the web. Now, R3HAB is stepping up to the plate and delivering to us a little trap, slowing the song down and giving it much more of a chilled out vibe.

We know. At this point, you’re probably sick of hearing Calvin Harris’ “Blame.” Sure, it’s not a bad track, but it’s been played to death and has already been out for a while now. Still, producers are digging it and we continue to see remixes of the song hit the web. Now, R3HAB is stepping up to the plate and delivering to us a little trap, slowing the song down and giving it a much more chilled out vibe.

It’s actually quite a departure from the DJ’s usual hard hitting beats and so far, I’m really enjoying it. In fact, it’s better than the electro remix he did of the track not too long ago. Yes, that’s right, this is the second time R3HAB has remixed “Blame.”

Similar to what he did with Harris’ “I Need Your Love,” the Moroccan artist shows once again that he can move between genres easily, giving us a less pop-y track and instead, a more dark and soulful rendition of what’s already a solid song.

Again, I’m really enjoying this one so far and it’s definitely worth checking out, if for no other reason than to see R3HAB shift away from his harder beats.

Check out the trap remix of “Blame” below and let us know which version you like the best.
