A rip of the ID has now hit the internet, giving us our first taste of what Skrillex and Snails have been working on together. The stream opens with a build up but quickly divulges into a rowdy drop driven by Snails’ characteristic vomit step style, with croaking bass sounds and booming beats. After another build up, the ID moves into a second drop more in line with the dubstep sounds Skrillex tends to produce, with squelchy growls and robotic rhythms.

While this isn’t the first time Skrillex and Snails have teamed up in the studio, it’s great to hear a bass driven workout from the two producers and we can’t wait to hear the full release.
