Black Canary Is Out For Justice In New Arrow Promo

To say that last night's episode of Arrow was an emotional rollercoaster is an understatement. Not only did we have a fractured Team Arrow failing to procure Cayden James' bomb, but we thought we'd finally seen the first hints at Black Siren redeeming herself - but then she had to go and kill Vigilante, someone who was actually on the path to redemption.

Of course, the actions of Earth-2’s Laurel Lance have made the second Black Canary, Dinah Drake, see only flames, thus forcing her to swear a blood oath in the name of her departed lover. And in addition to vowing to kill Black Siren, Dinah says she’ll put a bullet in each member of Cayden’s posse.

So, while Oliver Queen must contend with more attacks on his personal life, the first promo for next week’s episode gives us the slightest hint at a Black Canary unchained. Time will tell if her more ruthless approach will pay off, but we’re guessing that cooler heads must prevail if Star City is to be saved.
