Daredevil Season 2 Rumored To Premiere Same Day As Batman V Superman

We had previously heard that the second season of Marvel and Netflix's Daredevil was set for an early 2016 premiere, but now ComicBook.com reckon they've confirmed the exact date Charlie Cox's Man Without Fear will return to the small screen - and it just so happens to be the same day Warner Bros. and Zack Snyder unleash Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice on the world.

We had previously heard that the second season of Marvel and Netflix’s Daredevil was set for an early 2016 premiere, but now ComicBook.com reckon they’ve confirmed the exact date that Charlie Cox’s Man Without Fear will return to the small screen – and it just so happens to be the same day Warner Bros. and Zack Snyder unleash Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice on the world.

The hasn’t been officially confirmed by Marvel/Netflix and may not be on the level, but the story has since been picked up by several other outlets, so there’s a decent chance it’s accurate.

Unsurprisingly, the usual suspects have latched on to this as some kind of Marvel vs. DC war, but realistically it’s very unlikely Daredevil will have much of an effect on Batman V Superman’s opening day box office. That being said, though, more causal fans may choose one over the other.

If this does happen, will it have any influence on your plans to head out and see Zack Snyder’s follow up to Man of Steel on opening day? Sound off below and let us know.
