Leaning heavily on the series’ hankering for pop culture shenanigans, this new teaser for the season proves that there’s still plenty of movie and TV material left to mine. Namely, Avengers: Age Of Ultron, which the trailer emulates with its own cheeky title card – Community: Age Of Yahoo.

Thrown into the mix of ragtag Greendale attendees are two new stars. Paget Brewster, who the dean describes in perfect meta-fashion as “New Shirley,” appears as Francesca “Frankie” Dart, along with Keith David as madcap inventor, Elroy Patashnik. Nabbing one of the best one-liners in the preview, he insists that no-one refer to him as “the fourth Ghostbuster.” Both actors will join returning cast members Joel McHale, Alison Brie, Gillian Jacobs, Danny Pudi, Jim Rash and Ken Jeong.

The quirky campus sitcom is on course to achieve its goal of six seasons and a movie, despite the loss of series stalwarts Yvette Nicole Brown, Donald Glover and Chevy Chase. Part of its rekindling over at Yahoo lies with the return of creator, Harmon, who is back at the helm. His departure from the show following season 3 is thought to be responsible for the fourth season’s ratings plunge, which saw him return for season 5.

Will Harmon and co. be able to reignite the magic of Community‘s earlier seasons? Find out on March 17, when the show premieres on Yahoo! Screen.
