Netflix encourages ‘You’ fans to channel Joe in amusing text message challenge

Something to chuckle at while we wait for the second half of season four!

As You fans sit in the dreaded limbo in between the first and second parts of the show’s first season and truly come to empathize with Stranger Things lovers circa June 2022, Netflix came up with a fun social media challenge for Twitter users to participate in, should they dare.

The premise is very simple, yet allows for amusing results. You is notorious for throwing ethereal text message chains in the air next to the show’s protagonist. As a nod to that, the official You Twitter account invited its followers to share the last text message they sent by completing a mosaic of Joe reacting to one of said messages:

The responses, as you can imagine, were a good bit of fun to sift through. Here are just a few that were worthy of a chuckle:

We’ve got to have a little bit of fun while waiting out the remaining two-ish weeks until the second part of You season four releases, after what we thought was a fantastic first half with an absolute belter of a cliffhanger to ensure we’ll be back on March 9.
