50 Cent has savage comeback to anyone saying he should be scared of Diddy verdict

Many men already wish death upon 50 Cent.

In a surprising twist after the verdict in Sean “Diddy” Combs trial, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson first gave an unexpected congratulatory message to his longtime rival, only to later fire back at people who claimed he should be scared of the outcome. Combs was found guilty of two counts of arranging travel for prostitution, but he was cleared of the more serious charges of sex trafficking and racketeering.

Diddy’s legal problems started in 2023 when his ex-girlfriend, Casandra “Cassie” Ventura, sued him, accusing him of rape and physical abuse. Even though this lawsuit was settled in just one day, it led to more sexual assault lawsuits against Combs, all of which he has denied.

When 50 Cent first heard that Combs had been acquitted of the worst charges, he went on social media and posted three clapping emojis, saying Combs had “beat the Feds.” As found by Page Six, he also called Combs a “bad man” and jokingly referred to him as the “gay John Gotti,” a nod to the famous Gambino crime family leader who was also acquitted in a federal racketeering trial in 1987 before being convicted of similar crimes five years later.

50 Cent still isn’t afraid of Diddy

This first reaction, which included an AI-generated smiling picture of 50 Cent, was unusual given their long-running public feud. However, this could be 50 just messing with Diddy as usual, like through his Netflix series.

50 Cent’s tone changed quickly. Hours later, he posted another AI-generated image with a much tougher message, directly responding to people who said he should be “scared” after the verdict. He made it clear he wasn’t afraid of the “Gay Teflon Don,” repeating his earlier nickname for Combs. This post showed that 50 Cent wasn’t backing down from mocking Combs, even after the trial.

50 Cent has repeatedly used Combs’ legal troubles as content for his social media posts. He especially mocked Combs after reports said federal agents found large amounts of lubricant during the raids on Combs’ homes. His trolling got worse when Cassie testified in May. 50 Cent reacted to a headline about Combs supposedly asking Cassie to get into a pool filled with baby oil by sharing what looked like AI-generated pictures of Combs riding an inflatable duck in a pool. He commented on the situation, saying it was “crazier then regular crazy,” showing his shock at the accusations and what could have happened.

After the verdict, Combs stayed in jail. He was denied bail even though he was cleared of the most serious charges. Judge Arun Subramanian refused to let him out, saying Combs hadn’t proven he wasn’t a danger to others or the community. Combs’ lawyers had argued for his release, suggesting a $1 million bond, limited travel, and regular drug tests. They pointed out this was his first conviction and said he had shown he wanted to clear his name by turning himself in.
