Flash forward to the present and Schneider has found himself tangled up in a vicious web of controversies, and has since been exiled from Nickelodeon operations. Not only that, but the former producer has additionally become the subject of major conversation in regards to unsafe work conditions after Investigation Discovery released its Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV docuseries, which includes an unsettling interview from Nickelodeon star Drake Bell as he details sexual abuse brought upon him by dialogue coach Brian Peck. Despite Schneider’s career irrelevance at this point, folks are curious now more than ever about what the former actor/producer is currently up to.

Schneider and Nickelodeon initially parted ways back in 2018 following the heap of controversy, after an extensive investigation was kickstarted and examined Schneider’s abuse towards colleagues and younger Nickelodeon talent. While Schneider denied the misconduct allegations brought against him, Nickelodeon still decided to end business operations with the producer.

Even years later, Nickelodeon fanatics and folks who heavily followed the investigation and happenings continue to wonder what projects and other ventures the former Nickelodeon producer is involved with now, especially in the aftermath of the Quiet on Set documentary.

Ever since his departure with Nickelodeon, Schneider has tried his best to keep a relatively low profile, staying active occasionally on Instagram — with one of his last posts paying tribute to the late Matthew Perry. Since the Nickelodeon investigation, the TV producer/actor has also remained married to his wife Lisa, whom he married back in 2002.

Despite the low profile, however, interest in Schneider and the allegations against him have yet to fully die down. In fact, interest surrounding Schneider is only beginning to ramp up. In the aftermath of the horrid experiences revealed in the aforementioned docuseries, the public eye is now completely on the former Drake & Josh creator, with a large portion of folks investigating and studying whether or not Schneider allowed this sexual abuse to happen to Bell, along with a list of potential other Nickelodeon child stars.

As a result of the attention which the docuseries has received, Schneider attempted to show remorse for his actions of an unsafe working environment by conducting an interview which has been highly criticized and denounced. Along with the interview, Schneider also posted on Instagram for the first time since Perry’s death, sharing the link to his interview.
