‘I hate to make this about me’: Oh no, Kevin Spacey just officially entered the Epstein drama

Everyone is crawling out of the woodwork...

Jeffrey Epstein was found dead in his cell almost six years ago, but his repellent crimes are becoming more and more newsworthy by the day. The topic is red hot at the moment after Donald Trump’s deeply unpopular Truth Social post that insulted his MAGA followers and insinuated that any obsession over Epstein’s client list was a Democrat plot.

That stuck in MAGA’s craw, as Trump had previously vowed to release it and the client list was said to be sitting on Pam Bondi’s desk. Now, in a massive U-turn, Trump officials claim that the client list never existed at all. Pretty fishy!

All the worms are now crawling out of the woodwork. Epstein’s former partner, Ghislaine Maxwell, is apparently ready to testify before Congress, but has been blocked by Trump officials who don’t want any further investigation into Epstein’s network. Now, a new challenger has entered: none other than disgraced actor Kevin Spacey!

Is this really all about Spacey?

Cards on the table, I’m not entirely sure that the media has already made the Epstein thing about Kevin Spacey. In fact, I don’t think I’ve heard him mentioned in connection with him in recent articles.

However, there are indeed links between the two. In 2002, Spacey flew to several African countries on a trip to raise HIV awareness on Epstein’s private plane, dubbed the “Lolita Express,” with former President Bill Clinton and others. Spacey insists he was unaware of Epstein’s ownership of the plane and says they were never friends. Spacey has said he was uncomfortable about Epstein’s presence due to “young girls” on the flights and says he never had close ties to him.

Spacey is currently trying to rebuild his career after legal victories over his accusers in London, though it’s safe to say a cloud hangs over him, and Hollywood casting directors aren’t exactly breaking down his door.

The replies indicate many see this as a manipulative move from Spacey. The argument goes that at this point, he knows the Epstein files are never going to be released, so he can only boost his reputation and innocence by pushing for their full disclosure. Maybe one day the full truth will emerge but, frankly, at this point, whatever is released may well be compromised.
